Health is for Everybody: The Science of Getting Better, 2025

Health is for Everybody is a simplified guide to understanding and managing chronic illnesses from a scientific perspective. The book underscores the fact that while most chronic illnesses may not have a cure, there is a wealth of scientific knowledge available today that can significantly enhance our quality of life. Each chapter is enriched with real-life patient case studies, delving into the intricate relationship between our DNA and chronic diseases. It emphasizes that health is indeed for everybody, and that there are numerous factors within our control that can help us feel better, regardless of the illness we may be battling. This book is a testament to the power of science and personal resolve in the face of chronic illness.

CRP Case Study, 2025

Abstract: A 60-year-old man presents with chief complaints of chronic pain and fatigue with a history of heart disease, obesity, arthritis, and kidney disease. He was treated with a six-week course of intravenous (IV) therapy four times per week alongside an eight-week botanical regimen where, while going from a high cardiovascular (CV) risk to low, losing 16 pounds, improving his T cell immunity, and reducing his glucose, liver enzymes, and C-reactive protein. This case study is being presented as a potential reproducible means to reducing multiple aspects of inflammation and ultimately subsequent CV risk.

Treating OUD with No Drugs and No Withdrawal, 2025

Abstract: Opioid use disorder (OUD) significantly impacts millions of lives, healthcare, social welfare, and the economy. Of the millions suffering, very few get the help they need. For those that do, medications are often employed in combination with counseling and behavioral therapy, yet even for these few, attrition and relapse rate continue to remain high. This article explores a non-pharmaceuticals path to treating OUD while addressing both high attrition rates and the inevitable withdrawal that comes with nearly all current OUD treatment.
